Certain witnesses, who have been served with formal statutory notices to provide written statement to the Inquiry for use in the forthcoming case study into the Sisters of Nazareth had applied to have the notices revoked.
On 4th April Lady Smith held a procedural hearing at which the witnesses’ solicitor spoke in support of these applications.
