Evidence Day 368 Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry

Closing submissions for the The Edinburgh Academy as part of the Boarding School case study were heard at an Inquiry Hearing on 30th August 2023. 

Evidence was heard from Mr McLean for the Edinburgh Academy Survivors Group, Ms Shand for the Lord Advocate, Ms O'Neill for Scottish Ministers, Ms Cook for the Care Inspectorate, Ms MacDonald for the General Teaching Council for Scotland,  Ms Iridag on behalf of the Chief Constable of Police Scotland, Mr Watson of Fettes College and Mr MacNeill for the Edinburgh Academy.
